Job summary

Turing, based in San Francisco, is seeking US-based generalist evaluators to participate in Gemini Personalization Evals. You will evaluate AI-generated responses using your professional email history and business activity, rating relevance, accuracy, and personalization across connected Google apps.

This contractor role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and clear written feedback. You will work remotely, with 4+ hours daily and up to 40 hours per week, overlapping PST,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field.
• Experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, QA, or related analytical role is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated responses based on your professional email history and business account activity.
• Assess relevance, accuracy, usefulness, and personalization of responses.
• Identify issues with incorrect personalization, unsupported assumptions, or irrelevant recommendations.
• Compare multiple responses and determine which provides the better user experience.
• Provide clear, detailed evaluation feedback to support model improvements.
• Follow project guidelines to ensure consistent, high-quality evaluations.
• Maintain data privacy and comply with all confidentiality requirements.
