About the Team

You’ll join a team that supports key operational functions for U.S. Bank’s Wealth Management broker-dealer business. The team plays an important role in ensuring clients and advisors receive exceptional service throughout the account lifecycle, from onboarding through ongoing account maintenance and life-event servicing. The group partners closely with operations teams, technology teams, and external vendors to support business initiatives, process improvements, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

This is a business-facing analyst role that blends operations, business analysis, reporting, testing, and project support. Unlike more production-focused operational roles, this position concentrates on driving initiatives, improving processes, and supporting business change efforts. In this role, you will:

  • Partner with business leaders, technology teams, and vendors to support strategic initiatives
  • Coordinate and execute business-side testing for system enhancements and vendor solutions
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze reports, metrics, and operational data
  • Support process improvement efforts that increase efficiency and reduce risk
  • Track projects, enhancements, and testing activities using Jira

Basic Qualifications

Location Expectations

Background Checks

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).

Pay Range: $71,400.00 - $84,000.00 U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
