Totlani & Partners is seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to oversee accounting, financial reporting and US compliance. You will report to the Group Financial Controller and collaborate with local leadership. This role suits a Senior Accountant expanding responsibilities, with mandatory multi-state US sales tax experience and CPA or equivalent.

Key duties include month-end close, cash flow monitoring, budgeting, variances analysis and supporting audits. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on accounting role with at least three years of experience.
• CPA or equivalent professional qualification is required.
• Experience with month-end close and financial reporting is essential.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills; able to communicate clearly.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and file sales tax returns across US states using Avalara.
• Manage month-end and year-end close and financial reporting.
• Oversee AP/AR and cash flow coordination with group teams.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts and analyze variances.
• Support audits and internal control improvements.
• Act as US finance contact with overseas head office.
