Jackson Physician Search is representing a well-respected health system in Tucson, AZ, seeking a BE/BC Urologist to join a team of 3 Urologists. The opportunity features a $615,000 base salary with call pay, comprehensive benefits, 4 clinic days, and 1 dedicated OR day, with dedicated MAs per provider and an on-site Da Vinci robotic system.

Qualifications

• Perform surgeries on dedicated OR day (5–10 cases/week).
• Collaborate with MAs and support staff to maintain efficient workflows.
• Utilize on-site Da Vinci robotic system for procedures.

This well-respected health system in the heart of Tucson, AZ seeks a BE/BC Urologist to join their well-supported team of 3 Urologists. With each Urologist having their own Medical Assistant and support staff, providers here have a practice model designed for efficiency and balance.

Opportunity Overview:

• $615,000 base salary potential plus additional call pay.
