Qualifications

• This is a Male team member position.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous health care education or experience.
• Hospital medical background preferred.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to adapt to unpredictable fluctuations in workload volume.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of aseptic techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide urinary catheterizations and drainage tube irrigations.
• Perform ultrasonic bladder scanning and reinforce home-going education related to self-catheterization.
• Respond to calls in inpatient and ambulatory settings at St. Marys and downtown/Methodist campuses.
• Push a mobile supply cart between calls.
