RosmanSearch is recruiting an urologist to join a well‑established team in the San Joaquin area. The position supports subspecialty interests in Endourology, Male Infertility, and robotics, with flexible schedules and strong practice support to focus on patient care.

The group includes 5 physicians with academic ties and access to a dedicated research department in collaboration with UCSF. Eligible for relocation and comprehensive benefits; compensation is time-based rather than RVUs.

Qualifications

• MD/DO required.

Responsibilities

• Join a 5-physician practice with mentorship.
• See ~18–20 patients per day with option for virtual visits.
• Work ~3 clinic days and 1–2 OR days per week.
• Subspecialty interests such as Endourology, Male Infertility, robotics supported.
