Surgical Affiliates Management Group, Inc. is seeking a Urological Surgeon for UnityPoint Health in Rock Island, IL. The role offers a balanced schedule with 14–16 working days per month and full-time benefits in a hospital-based practice.

The candidate will provide acute urological care, perform surgeries, and collaborate with APPs and a team of urologists across primary and secondary sites within a short drive. Licensure in IA and IL is required.

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Urology.
• Licensure in Iowa and Illinois.
• Commitment to teamwork and patient care.
• Work-life balance with advanced scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide acute adult urological care in a facility-based practice.
• Perform surgeries and procedures with allocated OR block time.
• Collaborate with experienced urologists and APPs.
• Engage in clinical activities at multiple sites within short drive
