Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Urology Specialty Representative in Nashville to drive product adoption across Urology accounts, engaging physicians, APPs, and clinic staff to support patient identification and appropriate product utilization. You will develop and execute an integrated territory business plan to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years of demonstrated sales experience in pharmaceutical/medical/biotech industry.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight travel.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated business plan.
• Translate formulary wins and market access achievements into prescribing and utilization within targeted accounts.
• Educate customers on patient eligibility, treatment selection, and clinical rationale supporting the hospital-avoidance value proposition.
• Identify and address barriers impacting product adoption and collaborate across cross-functional stakeholders.
• Plan and organize activities to maximize access and sales opportunities and maintain thorough territory knowledge.
