The successful candidate will collaborate with administration to plan services, equipment, workflows, and care pathways, while maintaining strong physician referrals and strategic program development.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative leadership for urology services within the clinic and hospital setting.
• Perform a full spectrum of general urologic procedures, including endoscopic, laparoscopic, and open cases.
• Deliver comprehensive inpatient and outpatient urologic care.
• Participate in call coverage and emergency urologic services.
• Collaborate with clinic administration on scope of services, equipment planning, workflow optimization, and standardization of care pathways.
• Lead a multidisciplinary approach to patient care with primary care, oncology, nephrology, and surgical teams.
• Establish and monitor quality and outcome metrics to ensure high standards of care.
• Maintain strong referral relationships with community physicians and regional providers.
