Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to focus on enabling target accounts in urology to understand billing and reimbursement processes for UroGen products. You will develop relationships with healthcare providers, address billing/coding requirements, respond to reimbursement inquiries, and ensure compliance with Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial regulations.

This field-based role requires travel, collaboration with account teams, and a strong grasp of disease states

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 4 years within pharma/biotech/medical device.
• 2 years reimbursement experience.
• Hospital or urology exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with key healthcare providers.
• Address billing and coding requirements for reimbursement.
• Answer reimbursement inquiries and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with account teams to translate strategies into action.
• Demonstrate disease-state expertise and surgical/reimbursement processes.
• Manage administrative tasks associated with reimbursement.
