Job summary

MercyOne WaterlooUrology in Waterloo, Iowa, is seeking a full-time urologist to join a well-staffed clinic with dedicated RN support. The practice includes three procedure rooms, 12 exam rooms, on-site lab and ultrasound, and surgery performed at the MercyOne Waterloo campus, located just five minutes away.

This employment package features a 2-year $600K guaranteed base with production incentive potential, a $50K starting bonus, $15K relocation, and generous long-term bonuses, plus employer-paid

• Fully staffed urology clinic with own RN
• Urology clinic has 3 procedure rooms (each fully equipped with Cystoscope/Olympus video), 12 exam rooms, on-site lab, Ultrasound, and GE Ultrasound (with Biopsy Probe and Transducer)
• 3.5 days in clinic and 1 day OR
• State of the art equipment
• Surgery and outpatient procedures are performed at MercyOne Waterloo campus, which is located just 5 minutes away from the office.

Compensation/Benefits

• $600K guarantee for 2 years + Production Incentive
• Income potential $650K+ on production
• $50K Starting Bonus

• Longevity Bonus:$30K in year 2 and $30K in year 3
