Job summary

HealthYes Staffing Network is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Urologist for a permanent, hospital-employed opportunity with an established regional medical center in Southeast Alabama.

Join a respected team of five urologists with immediate patient volume, modern surgical technology (including the da Vinci platform), and an on-campus clinic, hospital, and operating rooms. New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and completion of an accredited Urology residency program.
• Board certified or board eligible in Urology.
• Eligible for Alabama medical license.
• Eligible for hospital privileges.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat adult patients with a broad range of urologic conditions.
• Provide outpatient consultations and longitudinal urologic care.
• Perform diagnostic, endoscopic, minimally invasive, robotic, and surgical procedures.
• Manage conditions involving kidneys, bladder, urinary tract, prostate, and male reproductive system.
• Provide inpatient consultations and postoperative care.
• Participate in shared urology call rotation.
• Collaborate with nurse practitioners, hospitalists, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Support clinical quality, patient-safety, and performance-improvement initiatives.
