Healthcare United is seeking a Urology Physician to join a growing hospital-affiliated practice in East Central Illinois. This full-time role offers strong earning potential, practice autonomy, procedural volume, and the ability to build your practice as you prefer.

The incoming physician will join an expanding regional health system with excellent referral support and a strong patient base, with two positions across two clinic locations.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required and board eligible or certified in Urology.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
• Illinois medical license or eligibility required.

• Diagnose and treat a broad range of general urology conditions
• Perform outpatient and inpatient urologic procedures and surgeries
• Build and grow a comprehensive urology practice within the community
• Provide consultations, follow-up care, and treatment planning
• Collaborate with primary care providers and specialty physicians
• Participate in shared call coverage
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation

Requirements

• MD or DO degree required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Completion of accredited Urology residency training
• Eligible for or active Illinois medical license
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• $700,000+ base salary plus productivity incentives
