WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Specialty Physicians of Illinois, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Academic Urologist to work in our Urology practice located at Franciscan Health Olympia Fields in Olympia Fields, IL. This physician will mentor medical students and residents. The candidate will join our existing, busy, established practice.

WHAT WE NEED:

The ideal candidate will focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills and collaborating effectively with the medical staff to deliver high-quality care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
  • Ambulatory Clinic Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  • Three days in clinic and two days in surgery with dedicated OR time
  • Procedures performed in clinic include cystoscopies, ultrasound, prostate biopsies, BCG, etc., excluding vasectomies
  • Average outpatient clinic volume: 15 – 25 patients per day
  • Call schedule: 1:2, with residents taking first call
  • Inpatient rounding as needed
  • Minimum two years of teaching and leadership experience

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Doctorate degree (MD/DO)
  • Physician license upon hire
  • Board certification or eligibility in Urology
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association upon hire

Pay Range: $458,255.00 - $620,768.00 annually
