Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in Houston, TX, is actively recruiting a Physician Assistant to join our collaborative Urology team. The PA will work alongside Urologists and other advanced practice providers to deliver care across General Urology, Urologic Oncology, FMPRS, and Men’s Health, with a structured onboarding program of at least 6 months and a full 12-month onboarding.

Qualified candidates have NCCPA, Texas licensure, and graduate from an accredited PA program; compensation includes base pay

Qualifications

• Graduate from an Accredited School of Physician Assistant Studies.
• NCCPA certification required.
• Current Texas State Medical Board Physician Assistant licensure.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive histories and physical examinations on new and established patients.
• Provide autonomous, ongoing care for patients across General Urology, Urologic Oncology, FMPRS and Men’s Health.
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies including laboratory tests and imaging.
• Screen patients to assess need for escalated care or hospital admission.
• Assist surgeons in the operating room for urologic procedures, including minimally invasive and robotic-assisted cases.
• Conduct pre-operative evaluations, patient counseling, and surgical preparation.
• Provide post-operative follow-up care in the outpatient clinic setting.
• Conduct virtual/telehealth visits for appropriate patient populations.
