Facility in Williamsport, PA seeking Urology locums coverage

Rates: $350/hr

Position Details:

• Start Date: May 1, 2025
• Shifts Available: 4-8 shifts per month
• Schedule:
  • Weekday/Night Call Coverage
  • Weekend Coverage (Friday evening - Monday morning)
  • Occasional Weekday Clinic Coverage (8 AM - 5 PM)
  • Night Call: 5 PM - 8 AM
  • 24-Hour Call: 8 AM - 8 AM (No Clinic on Weekends)
• Call Type: In-House, Telephone, 30-Minute Response Time
• Will Work Solo: Yes
• EMR/Charting Systems: Cerner and Epic (Profee for inpatient billing)

Requirements:

• Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Minimum Experience: 5 years
• Certifications: BLS (ACLS not required for hospital/OR work)
• License: Pennsylvania State License required
• DEA License: Required
• Geographic Restriction: Must be local (driving distance preferred; flights may be considered if the provider has a PA license)

Patient Care & Responsibilities:

• Inpatient Rounding on Weekends
• Outpatient & Clinic Coverage (Weekdays as Needed)
• Procedures: Cystoscopy, Vasectomy, Lithotripsy, Stents, Hydrocele
• Average Patient Volume:
  • Inpatient: 5-15 per day
  • Admissions: 5 per day
  • Consults: 5-8 per day
• Surgical Work: Elective procedures referred to employed physicians; emergency procedures as needed (no scheduled OR days)
