Located in Waterloo, IA

Full-Time & Permanent

Seeking a BE/BC Urologist to join practice.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $590K guarantee for 3 years + Production Incentive
• Income potential $650K+ on production
• Monthly Fellowship Stipend
• $15,000 relocation allowance
• $30K starting bonus
• Longevity Bonus: $30K in year 2 and $30K in year 3

Work Schedule & Facilities:

• 3.5 days in clinic and 1 day OR
• Fully staffed urology clinic with own RN
• Urology clinic has 3 procedure rooms (each fully equipped with Cystoscope/Olympus video), 12 exam rooms, on-site lab, Ultrasound, and GE Ultrasound (with Biopsy Probe and Transducer)
• State-of-the-art da Vinci XI with integrated table motion seeking provider to lead urology robotic surgery
• Surgery and outpatient procedures are performed at MercyOne Waterloo campus, just 5 minutes from the office

About the Practice:

• Employed multi-specialty group of more than 180 providers in northeast Iowa, including physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners
• Three-year salary guarantee transitioning to production-based compensation
• Comprehensive benefits including paid malpractice and tail coverage
• Regional health system serving approximately 280,000 residents across eight counties and over 20 primary care locations
