Urology Opening in Indiana

Location: Vincennes, IN

Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Details:

1. Join an established practice with a diverse case mix covering only one hospital location.
2. Block scheduling for surgical cases with flexible schedule options.
3. Urolift and Robotics training preferred; equipped with the new da Vinci X1 Surgical System.
4. Supported by skilled Advanced Practice Providers.
5. Teaching opportunities available in residency programs affiliated with the Indiana School of Medicine.
6. Practice supported by a regional referral base of 240,000.
7. Utilizes Epic EMR and UroNav technology.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Generous compensation with a base salary in the upper $500K to $600K range, plus RVU bonus structure.
• Includes a $150,000 sign-on bonus, early signing/stipend, and loan repayment options.
• Paid relocation up to $10,000.
• 31 days of PTO and $5,000 for CME (5 days).
• Retirement options include 401a and 403b plans.
• Malpractice coverage with tail coverage.
