Compensation:

• Guaranteed base between $650,000 - $700,000, plus uncapped RVUs
• $75,000 sign-on
• Medical, Vision, HSA, and FSA available

• Malpractice insurance
• 4 weeks of PTO plus 2 weeks of Meeting time, increasing to 5 weeks in years 6-10, and 6 weeks after that
• Additional Sick time, parental leave, vacation carry over, personal holidays, and bereavement
• $10,000 - $20,000 relocation assistance, and $4,000 CME allowance

Practice Setting:

• Modern, well-equipped clinic connected to a major hospital campus
• 26-28 patients per day
• Experienced and dedicated support staff, including 5 nurse practitioners
• Da Vinci Surgical System, Olympus cystoscopes, Uronav MRI-guided biopsy, and more

Group Details:

• Call rotation will become 1:5 averaging 5-6 days per month, 24 hour 7a-7p
• NPs take first call, and weekend call is supported by locums providers
• The team works closely with the in-house IR team for things like Nephrostomy tubes
• Opportunities for teaching, research, leadership, and population/community health
• Bread and butter urology cases, including:
  • In-office procedures (biopsies, cystoscopy, etc.)
  • Minimally invasive surgeries (TURP, TURBT, etc.)
  • Complex urological procedures (nephrectomies, etc.)
