Urologist Position in AZ

Location: Tucson, Arizona

Full-Time & Permanent

Seeking a BE/BC Urologist to join our practice.

Position Details:

1. Full-time, employed opportunity
2. 5-year contract
3. Typical work week: 4 days in the clinic, 1 day in the OR
4. Workload: 75% outpatient, 25% inpatient
5. Call: 7 (24-hour) shifts per month with additional compensation
6. Patient and surgical volume: approximately 30 patients per clinic day, 510 surgeries per week

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $390K - $450K
• Base salary plus productivity bonuses
• Guaranteed salary for 12 months, with PTO of 30 days
• Post-guarantee: switch to productivity-based pay with no cap on PTO, provided productivity targets are met
• Bonuses available within the first year due to busy practice
• Possible relocation assistance
• CME allowance: $5,000
