• Type of cases: General Urology, Advanced endoscopic techniques, Laparoscopic surgeries, Ureteroscopy, Percutaneous nephrolithotomy
• Credentialing timeframe: 90 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
• Certifications required: Board Certified, Board Eligible, Fellowship required.
• Licensure required: Active Wisconsin State Medical License
