Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
• Join a growing urology practice with 4 other Urologists.
• Participation in call coverage and clinic rotation as part of a multi-site team.

Responsibilities

• Provide urology care at AdventHealth Sebring and affiliated clinics.
• Share call coverage with other urologists.
• Rotate clinics at Lake Placid and Sebring locations.
• Utilize robotic surgery technology (DaVinci XI) where available.

We are currently seeking a Urologist to join our growing practice alongside 4 other Urologists. Sebring and its surrounding communities offer a strong and growing patient volume due to ongoing population growth.

Our community offers an exceptional quality of lifejust two hours inland from major metro areas with five nearby airports, surrounded by 27 fresh-water lakes for boating, fishing, kayaking, hunting, pickle ball and any outdoor activities. We have less hurricane effects, and our central location provides easy access to both coasts and all major cities when its time for a getaway.

Practice Locations:

• AH Sebring 4420 Sun N Lake Blvd, Sebring, FL 33872
• AH Lake Placid 1210 US Hwy 27, Lake Placid, FL 33852
• Clinics conveniently located near hospitals.
• Current Team: Dr. Ronald Chee-Awai, Dr. Sylvester Onyishi, Dr. Anthony Arciola, and Dr. Aravindh Rathinam
• Call Coverage: Shared with 2 other community Urologists; 4 other employed Urologists. While AdventHealth has three ERs, most inpatient care is consolidated at Sebring
• Clinic Rotation: Includes coverage at Lake Placid (20 minutes south of Sebring)
• Friday Rotation: Half-day schedule every other week
• Technology: Two Da Vinci XI robots at AdventHealth Sebring and a fully-owned Ambulatory Surgery Center on-site
• Aqua Ablation
• Facilities: 6 ORs combined and one dedicated cysto room- adding more with expansion
• Family Feel/Admin Support- physician led
