Urology Partnership with Physician Owned Practice

Location: Metro Sacramento, 1 Hour to Napa

Join an established, well-respected multispecialty group of 150+ clinicians (roughly 100 physicians and 50 APPs/other professionals) with over 100 years of service. This physician-owned and operated practice offers a unique partnership opportunity. Incoming physicians will be a pre-shareholder for the first 2 years, then invited to become shareholders. Each shareholder owns one share; all shares are equal. Located just an hour from Napa and a two-hour drive to Lake Tahoe, enjoy proximity to the highest concentration of ski resorts in the country, with record snowfall and stunning mountain views.

About the Position

1. Average patients per day = 17
2. One procedure day per week in clinic, with 10-12 procedures/day
3. Equal time in OR/procedure days and clinic (1-1.5 days in office)
4. One to two OR days per week, averaging 4-5 procedures/day
5. One to three days per month in Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC)
6. Call requirement: 7 days per month; must live within 30 minutes of hospital
7. Procedures performed in office: Cystoscopy, Prostate Biopsy, Urodynamics
8. Common cases include Voiding Dysfunction, Incontinence, Hematuria, BPH, Stones, Elevated PSA, Recurrent UTI, Bladder & Kidney Tumors
9. Additional services: Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL), Holmium & Thulium Laser, Transperineal Prostate Biopsy, Prostate Fusion Equipment
10. Electronic Medical Records: Cerner EMR
11. In the process of adding Robotic Surgery capabilities
12. Diverse patient population, ranging from agricultural workers to college professors
13. Additional language skills such as Spanish, Punjabi, Farsi, Mandarin are a plus
