Job description

The VA Northern California Health Care System is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Urologist to join our dedicated team at the Redding VA Outpatient Clinic. This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to our nation's Veterans in a modern, well-equipped outpatient setting located in the scenic and family-friendly community of Redding, California. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and managing a wide range of genitourinary conditions, performing minor procedures, and coordinating surgical care with affiliated facilities as needed. Responsibilities include educating Urology residents, participating in quality improvement initiatives, and contributing to clinic operations oversight. This role balances clinical practice, teaching, and leadership within a supportive VA system.

Salary Range: $340,000-$370,000

EDRP: Up to $200K Education Loan Repayment Program (1-5 years)

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
