Responsibilities:

• Examine, diagnose, and treat genitourinary conditions
• Review patient histories and document findings
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests
• Utilize specialized equipment such as X-rays, fluoroscopes, and catheters
• Perform abdominal, pelvic, or retroperitoneal surgeries as needed
• Treat lower urinary tract dysfunctions
• Prescribe medications and treatments for infections, injuries, erectile dysfunction, infertility, or ejaculation problems
• Provide consultations or refer patients to specialists
• Supervise nurses, residents, or other staff
