Job Opportunity: General Urology Physician

Join a private Urology Practice seeking a highly motivated self-starter for a busy clinic specializing in both adult male and female urology. Robotics experience is a plus but not required. The practice handles at least 25-30 surgeries per month and serves a large senior population with a good payor mix. The group utilizes two nearby state-of-the-art facilities.

Responsibilities include outpatient care, surgeries, and occasional after-hours consults with a telephone call ratio of 1:3. Partnership is available after two years.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary expectations: $350K - $400K
• Base salary plus 50% of collections (matching base and office costs)

The urology group is located an hour from San Diego or Palm Springs, 30 minutes from Riverside, and about 90 minutes from Los Angeles.
