Job description

Join an independent physician group of over 50 providers and have total say in every aspect of your practice.

Practice Details:

1. Independent physician group - You choose your preferred schedule, appointment times, patient panel, and more
2. General Urology with the opportunity to develop any subspecialty interest
3. DaVinci Robot and block OR time available
4. 4-day work week with no call
5. 21 specialties represented in the group for collaboration and camaraderie
6. Highly experienced Urology APP and with multiple LPN's and MA's
7. Largest primary care referral base in the region with over 20 providers
8. Named as "Best Minnesota Hospital Workplace" by the Minnesota Hospital Association

Compensation & Benefits:

1. Salary guarantee in the $650K range with ability to transition into production model at your discretion
2. Shareholder status offered after year 1 - annual incentive bonus of group's gross production for the year
3. $100K sign-on plus relocation expenses, health insurance, 401k, CME, and more in a comprehensive benefits package
