Job Opportunity: Full-time Permanent Urology Physician in Midland, MI

We are seeking Board Certified Urologists to join our established multi-specialty group in Midland, Michigan. We aim to hire two Urologists to complement our team of three Board Certified Urologists.

The position offers a flexible hiring model tailored to the applicant's preferences, including options for employment combined with a faculty position. The role involves collaborative care of complex patients.

About the Practice

Join a busy, well-established group providing a full range of urologic services, from kidney stone treatment to advanced surgical procedures such as robotic prostatectomy using the da Vinci surgical system.

Responsibilities & Compensation

1. Call schedule: 1:3
2. Provide comprehensive urologic care within a multidisciplinary team
3. Compensation includes a base salary plus RVU-based incentives
