Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support in Las Cruces, NM. Shift-based assignment with Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm schedule, plus call coverage.

EMR systems include Athena and Medhost; credentialing targets 60 days; active Michigan license and ABU or AOBS board certification required. The role involves inpatient and outpatient care for adults, with rare pediatric cases, and provides malpractice insurance, travel and lodging arrangements, and highly competitive pay

Qualifications

• Certifications required: American Board of Urology or American Osteopathic Board of Surgery.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) required.
• Credentialing timeframe: 60 days.

This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule:Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, hybrid coverage plus call
• Practice Setting: Inpatientand Outpatient
• Types of cases:Adults, very few pediatric patients
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
• ElectronicMedical Record(EMR): Athena & Medhost
• Certifications required: American Board of Urology or American Osteopathic Board of Surgery, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Basic Life Support (BLS), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
• License required: Active Michigan license
