Facility in Jackson, MI seeking Urology locums coverage

Rates: $4000/24 hours with 8 hours of gratis included.
$450/hr callback after 8 hours.

Position Overview

1. Coverage Need:
   • 24-hour call with 8 hours of rounding
   • One week and one weekend per month
2. Practice Setting:
   • 85% adult patient population
   • 80% outpatient / 20% inpatient
   • 50-100 office/clinic patients per day
   • Hospital-based surgeries (varies by provider)
3. Team Structure:
   • Group of 2 urologists
   • Other urologists may be present during locum coverage
   • Support staff includes 1 RN, 5 MAs, and 3 APPs
4. Facility Details:
   • Level 2 trauma designation
   • No onsite lab or X-ray
   • Epic EMR system
   • Requires comprehensive urologic care
   • Open to locum-to-perm candidates

Credentialing & Requirements

• Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90-120 days (June 2025)
• Board certification required
• Michigan license preferred
• BLS certification required
• Clean background highly preferred
• Local providers highly preferred
