Urology Physician

Start Date: ASAP  |  Pay Rate: $2425.00 - $2625.00

Position Overview

This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support to fill a current need.

Details & Requirements

1. Schedule: 7:00am-7:00am covering the emergency department
2. Patient Volume: 0-10 patients daily
3. Types of Cases: Hydronephrosis with renal and ureteral calculous obstruction, Calculus of kidney, Benign prostatic hyperplasia with lower urinary tract symptoms, Calculus of ureter, Urinary tract infection
4. Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
5. Licensing & Certifications: Must have Indiana license, DEA, and CSR
