Seeking BE/BC Urologist to join a talented team in Green Bay, WI. Join this physician-owned multi-specialty practice that offers partnership after 2 years, including a share of business income, voting rights, and participation in decision-making.

You will have full administrative support from a large organization and the flexibility to manage your practice as you wish.

Practice Highlights:

1. Successful group with 19 specialties
2. Physician-owned, including ownership in a 167-bed hospital; potential academic roles
3. General patient load: 20+ patients/day, with a 3-4 week appointment lead time
4. 25-30 procedures/month
5. Team includes 6 Urologists, 3 APPs, and clinical staff
6. Robotics available
7. Limited call schedule: 4-5 weekends/year, 1 holiday/year
8. Built-in referral base
9. Outreach clinics in 4 locations, with travel compensated
10. Participation in Wisconsin Academy for Rural Medicine, involving medical students
