Urologist Position at Large Hospital

This large hospital is seeking to add a Urologist to their team. The current group has three members, with one approaching retirement, creating an excellent opportunity for new physicians. The hospital has established a strong presence in the area with no competition.

The position involves a balanced schedule of 50% office and 50% surgical procedures. Typical procedures include prostate US and biopsy, cystoscopy, vasectomy, BCG installations, and more.

The hospital offers an outstanding, fully employed compensation package, including a competitive base salary with WRVUs that constitute 70% of collections, along with production incentives.
