AdventHealth Waterman in Tavares, FL is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Urologist to join a growing practice equipped with robotic capabilities. This fourth physician will operate alongside experienced urologists and APPs in a supportive, advanced technology environment.

The role offers access to Da Vinci Xi robotics, Aquablation Hydros Robotic System, and EPIC EMR with AI-powered scribe functionality.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible urologist.
• Robotics experience preferred within urology.
• Familiarity with robotic platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform open, laparoscopic, and robotic urologic procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including oncology, anesthesia, and critical care.
• Share call coverage with other urologists and APPs; participate in mentorship within the program.

AdventHealth East Florida Division is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Urologist to join our growing program at AdventHealth Waterman. This position will be the fourth physician in an established and highly regarded practice, currently supported by three experienced Urologists and advanced practice providers.
