AdventHealth Medical Group East Division is seeking board-certified or eligible General Urologists to join established programs in Daytona Beach, DeLand, New Smyrna Beach, Orange City, Palm Coast and Tavares, Florida. You will deliver full-scope urology with robotic and open surgery, supported by APPs, EPIC EMR, and strong referral networks.

Ideal candidates are ABU-certified or eligible, licensed in Florida, and comfortable with outpatient, inpatient, and surgical care.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible by the American Board of Urology.
• Eligible for an active Florida medical license.
• Robotic surgery training preferred.
• Interests in full-scope general urology.
• Excellent outpatient, inpatient and surgical care capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope general urology services across multiple Florida locations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and APPs for patient care.
• Engage in robotic, laparoscopic and open surgical procedures as applicable.
• Participate in tumor boards and multidisciplinary cancer care teams.

AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking board-certified or board-eligible General Urologists to join established and expanding programs in Daytona Beach, DeLand, New Smyrna Beach, Orange City, Palm Coast and Tavares, Florida.

These opportunities offer full-scope general urology within collaborative, multispecialty practices supported by experienced physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, strong referral networks and dedicated clinic and operating room time. Call responsibilities, procedural mix and technology vary by location.

Robotics and Technology

Depending on location, available resources may include:

Location-Specific Opportunities

• Daytona Beach: Join an established urology practice with group call, dedicated OR time, APP support, Da Vinci Xi, Aquablation, a new on-site ambulatory surgery center and on-site oncology services.
• DeLand: Join an expanding general urology program with dedicated clinic and OR time, shared call with urologists and APPs, EPIC EMR and broad multispecialty support. Enjoy convenient access to Orlando, Sanford, Lake Mary, Daytona Beach and Florida's Atlantic coast.
• New Smyrna Beach: Practice full-scope inpatient and outpatient urology in a growing coastal program with robotic surgery, APP support, EPIC with integrated AI Scribe and on-site Medical Oncology and Radiation Oncology.
• Orange City: Help expand urology services in a growing market north of Lake Mary and Sanford, with dedicated clinic and OR time, shared call coverage, EPIC EMR and strong regional referral opportunities.
• Palm Coast: Join a growth-focused hospital-employed practice with dedicated clinic and protected OR time, an on-site ambulatory surgery center, Da Vinci Xi, Aquablation and shared call with urologists and APPs.
• Tavares: Join an established program at AdventHealth Waterman supported by experienced urologists and APPs. The practice offers open, laparoscopic and robotic procedures, Da Vinci XI, Aquablation, shared call and strong multidisciplinary hospital support.

Ideal Candidate
