We are seeking a Locum Tenens Physician - Urology in Colorado.

Locum Tenens Physician - Urology

Position Type: Locum Tenens

Rate: Open & Negotiable
Shift: Monday-Friday 8a-4p (onsite), 4p-7a (night call); Saturday-Sunday 24hr call (7a-7a)
Start Date: July 14, 2025
End Date: Ongoing (Dates: 7/14 7/20, 8/25 8/31, 9/22 9/28, then ongoing starting Nov 3, 2025)

Position Details:
Patient Population: Adult
Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient, Emergency Room, Clinic, Call
Responsibilities: Clinic visits, OR procedures, call coverage
Required Procedures: General urology procedures, clinic visits
EMR System: Epic
Support Staff: MA, NP/PA, RN
Days Per Month: Seeking providers who can offer up to 3 weeks per month
On-Call/Weekends: Night call and weekend 24hr call required

Submission Requirements:

• Board Certified in Urology Required

• Active Colorado License Highly Preferred

• Active BLS Required

• Active DEA Required (must maintain for duration of assignment)

• Must indicate availability for listed stints and ongoing dates Required

• Must state number of shifts per month provider can commit to Required

• Must confirm understanding and agreement to complete all EPIC training as outlined Required

• Clean malpractice history (1 case up to $300k acceptable) Required

• Clean background Required
