Accolades Physician Resources LLC is assisting a Urology practice in Alabama with a physician employment opportunity offering a compressed four-day work week. The position includes a $100,000 start bonus and a base salary above MGMA with a productivity bonus option.

The role requires BC/BE in Urology, Alabama licensing eligibility, and participation in da Vinci robotic procedures. The team consists of five physicians and two nurse practitioners, with shared weekend call.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Active license in Alabama or eligible to obtain one.
• Experience in urologic surgery desired (da Vinci prostatectomy, nephrectomy).

Responsibilities

• Join existing team of 5 physicians and 2 Nurse Practitioners.
• Share weekend call 1:6.
• Provide 4 day work week.
• Perform da Vinci prostatectomy, partial nephrectomy, ESWL and reconstructive procedures.
