• Call Coverage: Manage a 10-day/month call schedule, with locum support provided as we expand our team.

• Efficient OR Time: Enjoy readily available OR time with 7:15 am start times, custom flip rooms, and a focus on surgeon efficiency. Benefit from two new cystoscopy rooms and a lithotripsy room.
• Advanced Technology: Utilize three Da Vinci XI robots, with skilled robotics proctors available for training. Perfect for candidates with or without robotic experience.
