Locums - Columbia, South Carolina, Urology (Float Pool) Jobs

Clinical Role:

• Do you know someone that might be a good fit for this position? Please ask about our generous referral fees!
• Start: 5/5/25
• Coverage needed per month: Mon-Fri, 7am - 5pm
• Call frequency: Mon - Fri, 5pm - 7am; Weekend Call: Fri 5pm - Mon 7am. Schedule may vary month to month (e.g., Monday to Monday, Friday to Friday).
• Day and night call coverage at both locations
• Support staff: 4 NPs, 1 AP
• Department Description: General inpatient coverage including ER call. Neonate and pediatric cases not required.
• Preferred Skills: Laparoscopic surgery, radical cystectomy with ileo-loop conduit, radical prostatectomy, nephrectomy, pelvic node dissection, robotic surgery, partial nephrectomies, intraoperative U/S, renal and bladder U/S with biopsy, TRUS biopsies, incontinence procedures, penile prosthesis, ESWL, brachytherapy.
• Robotics experience is a plus
• Patient volume: approximately 10 patients/day
• Patient age group: Adults
• EMR system: EPIC (preferred experience)
• Special Procedures/Unit Details: Holmium laser certification preferred, advanced endoscopic techniques, ureteroscopy.
• Lab and x-ray onsite
• Board Certified Urology required
• Active SC license preferred
• CSR and DEA required
• Minimum experience: 2 years
• Privileging timeframe: 45 days with active SC license, 120 days without
• No IMLC
• ACLS and BLS required
