Practice Setting:

• Join a team of 3 Urologists in an award-winning healthcare system
• Access to multiple subspecialty departments including Cardiology, Endocrinology, Pulmonology, Radiology, OB/GYN, Oncology, Neurology, and more
• New graduate-friendly system with opportunities for professional growth
• State-of-the-art clinic built in August 2023, located right across from the main hospital
• Brand new Davinci 5 robot and 3T MRI available - robotics trained required
• General Urology with some Oncology Urology cases (Oncology fellowship not required)

Schedule:

• Busy practice with the ability to see 30+ patients per clinic day
• 1:4 call rotation, taken in 1-week blocks
• 2 days blocked for OR with ample OR time available

Compensation & Benefits:

• $575k base salary + wRVU productivity with potential earnings over $700k+ in the first year
• $50,000 recruitment incentive (signing bonus)
