Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking a Urology Physician to support a locum tenens assignment in Bemidji, Minnesota. The role involves outpatient clinic and operating room duties with adult urology cases, and is available ASAP. Schedule: Clinic Mon, Wed, Fri 8:30 AM–4:30 PM; OR Tue, Thu 7:30 AM–4:30 PM.

Credentialing 45–60 days. Minnesota license preferred; Interstate Medical Licensure Compact candidates may be considered. Epic EMR used; Board Certified/Board Eligible with BLS and ACLS required.

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minnesota license preferred; Interstate Medical Licensure Compact candidates may be considered.
• Epic EMR experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient urology care in clinic and in the operating room.
• Manage adult urology cases including stones, prostate, bladder and UTIs.
• Coordinate care with OR schedule and clinics.

This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: Clinic Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM. Operating room Tuesday and Thursday, typically 7:30 AM–4:30 PM.

Practice Setting: Outpatient urology clinic and operating room.

Types of Cases: Adult urology, including kidney stones, blood in the urine, prostate conditions, bladder conditions, and urinary tract procedures.

Credentialing Timeframe: 45–60 days.

Electronic Medical Record: Epic.

Certifications Required: Board Certified/Board Eligible, Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.

Licensure Required: Minnesota license preferred; Interstate Medical Licensure Compact candidates may be considered.
