Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a friendly and compassionate Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. You will provide comprehensive care to patients with urological conditions, including infections, stones, prostate issues, and related disorders within a skilled nursing setting.

This full-time role spans Northeast and Central New Jersey with a four-day workweek. The ideal candidate holds an NP/PA license, DEA, CPR/BLS, and a Master’s in Nursing, plus experience in

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility.
• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician license.
• DEA License.
• CPR BCLS/BLS certified.
• Must hold a Master's Degree in Nursing.
• Completed a degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• One year of experience in Urology.
• Preferred experience documenting EMR (Sigma, Visual, PCC, etc.): training provided.
• Must have great organizational and time‑management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic testing.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress; adjust plans as needed.
• Provide patient education and counseling on disease management and adherence.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Job Summary

As a Urology Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to patients with urological conditions, including urinary tract infections, kidney stones, prostate issues, and other urological disorders. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical guidelines
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
• Provide patient education, counseling, and support on disease management, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care
• Diagnose and treat residents with urology conditions, diseases, and infections
• Document patient encounters, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes, using electronic medical record systems

Requirements
