Job summary

Growing Urology Practice in Los Angeles, CA, is hiring a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a collaborative urology team. Expect a Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule with a base salary of $135,000–$170,000 and a $7,000 quarterly productivity bonus potential.

Full benefits and PTO are included, with opportunities to earn additional income through productivity incentives. The ideal candidate will be board-certified NP or PA, with 1+ year of urology experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Board-Certified NP or PA required.
• 1+ year of Urology experience preferred, or strong clinical background.
• New graduates with RN experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive urologic care in collaboration with physicians and APPs.
• Maintain strong patient relationships and deliver high-quality care.
• Participate in training and continuous learning, with limited on-call duties.
