Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. in New Jersey seeks a Urology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive urology care within a long-term care setting.

The role emphasizes patient assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced facility environment. The position is full-time, four days per week, offering a salary range of $125,000–$175,000 and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician license.
• DEA License
• CPR BCLS/BLS certified
• Must hold a Master's Degree in Nursing
• Completed a degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• A year of experience in Urology
• Prolonged standing/walking. Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs. Computer work. Lifting/moving patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical guidelines.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide patient education, counseling, and support on disease management, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care.
• Diagnose and treat residents with urology conditions, diseases, and infections.
• Document patient encounters, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes, using electronic medical record systems.

Master's Degree in Nursing
