Job summary
Infinite Medical P.C. in Boston seeks a Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive care for residents with urological conditions in a long-term care setting.
You will perform assessments, diagnose common urology issues, and develop evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and nurses. The role requires a Master’s degree in Nursing, an active NP/PA license, a DEA license, BLS/CPR, and at least 6 months of long-term care experience with urology
Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license active and unrestricted.
- DEA license and CPR/BLS certification required.
- Master's in Nursing and NP program completion from an accredited school.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic testing.
- Develop and implement individualized urology treatment plans.
- Monitor progress and adjust care as needed.
- Educate patients on disease management and adherence.
- Collaborate with physicians and nurses for coordinated care.
- Document encounters in the electronic medical record.
