Job summary
Infinite Medical P.C. in Boston, MA is seeking a Urology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive urology care to residents in a skilled nursing facility. The role emphasizes teamwork, patient education, and high-quality clinical outcomes.
Applicants must hold an active NP/PA or physician license, a Master’s in Nursing, a DEA license, CPR/BLS, and have at least 6 months in long-term care and 1 year in urology. Salary ranges from $150,000 to $200,000 per year.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted NP/PA/Physician license
- DEA license and CPR/BLS certification
- Master's in nursing and NP program completion
- Minimum 6 months in long-term care
- 1 year of Urology experience preferred
- EMR documentation experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to lift 20 lbs and stand/walk 6-8 hours
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and medical histories
- Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and update plans as needed
- Educate patients on disease management and med adherence
- Collaborate with physicians and nurses for coordinated care
- Diagnose and treat urology conditions and infections
- Document encounters in EMR systems
