Job summary

Jackson Physician Search is assisting an award-winning independent hospital in Indiana with launching a new urology service line. We seek an experienced NP or PA to partner with a surgery-focused urologist, serving as the primary point of diagnosis, seeing new and established patients, and managing pre- and post-op care.

You will perform in-clinic procedures, run the clinic, cover ER consults, and oversee inpatient follow-ups.

Qualifications

• NP or PA with urology experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and communication skills required.
• Ability to perform minor procedures in clinic.

Responsibilities

• Lead the new urology service line clinic operations.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage pre/post-operative care.
• Cover ER consults and inpatient follow-ups.
