Job summary

Community Care Urology in Latham, NY, seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join five board-certified urologists and a dedicated APP team. You’ll provide outpatient, patient-centered care in a growing specialty with opportunities to expand procedural skills and telehealth-enabled services.

Qualifications

• License and active registration as a physician assistant (PA) or nurse practitioner (NP) in New York State.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage adult patients with acute and chronic urologic conditions.
• Conduct new patient consultations and follow-up visits.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
• Perform office-based procedures within scope of practice and training.
• Manage patients with conditions such as kidney stones, BPH, hematuria, overactive bladder, urinary incontinence, recurrent UTIs, erectile dysfunction, male infertility, and interstitial cystitis.
