Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
• Current Indiana license and board certification
• Experience in urology a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct histories and physical examinations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate
• Provide preventive care and wellness counseling
• Perform in-office procedures as appropriate
• Manage a patient panel with continuity of care
• Coordinate care across specialties for seamless patient experiences
• Document accurately for coding and billing
• Engage in ongoing professional development
