Job summary

Crossroads Urology in Lima, Ohio, seeks a Certified Nurse Practitioner to provide autonomous, patient-centered outpatient care in a physician-led specialty practice. You will independently evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and manage ongoing urologic care with strong physician collaboration and available support.

New graduates with a solid clinical foundation and a commitment to learning are encouraged; prior urology experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner program.
• Current Ohio RN and APRN licensure, or eligibility to obtain prior to starting.
• Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and patient education skills.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and timely documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a busy specialty practice.
• Urology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive and focused patient assessments.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans with physician collaboration.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and ensure timely follow-up.
• Manage urologic care within scope of practice.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up.
